Welcome to Grade 5 STEM (Science, Technolgy, Engineering, Math) and Grade 6 CTE (Career and Technical Education): Exploring Career Decisions

This is my twelfth year of teaching math in the middle grades and I have been part of the KIS family since 2006. I am originally from Germany where I graduated with a degree in engineering with a concentration in textile technology.  After moving to Kannapolis in 2000, I worked at Forest Park Elementary School as a teacher assistant and bus driver for three years while I earned my teaching certification and Master's Degree in middle grades mathematics and science.
