Hello My Name Is...
My name is Melissa Mascari and I am the 6th grade school psychologist for KIS.
This is my second year at KIS and I love the teachers and students here! I especially love working with students on social and emotional skill building. I am not a "teacher," but I do consider myself an educator. My favorite things include running and watching (and quoting) movies.
Feel free to contact me by email (email@example.com) or by school phone at (704) 932-4161, X41924
College(s) Attended/Degrees Earned:
M.A. in School Psychology (specialist level), Western Carolina University
B.A. in Psychology, Belmont Abbey College
I believe that schools function much more than as a place for students to learn reading, writing, and math. My job is to ensure students grow academically, socially, and emotionally.
"Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier."
